Glad to hear you are still enjoying it but sorry to hear about the cut back. At least you are still working. It's been a bloodbath in the patch, especially the Western Hemisphere

They do when you are a large international company working in a location with a poor education system. Companies are constantly pressured by local government to employ more nationals from a limited selection pool. When you find an intelligent person, educated abroad, you hire them ASAP before someone else does.
