I swear there's a map at my camp that spells it the way I do. I've been texting you wrong all weekend? I hate spelling errors.

Mechant

It depends on what dialect you use to determine if there is an R in the spelling

However you spell or pronounce it, ya'll can have it. I have yet to have a good day fishing in Merchant, Decade or Sister Lake. They're not my jam.

Any idea how he fishes it? I found very clean water in Sister Lake (Calliou Lake for your a-hole purists) and caught jack shite. I was trolling a leeside bank and bumping matrix shad over oyster reefs.
