Anyone ever rent a house out to a Teach for America individual?

I am looking at renting out my house when I relocate, but don't want to get stuck with a bad tenant. Housing laws can make this somewhat difficult with the screening process. Anyone have any ideas of offering the house to a selected group or if I could advertise on select websites?

Never rented to one, but know a few. I can't think of one reason why you wouldn't want to rent to the average TFA individual.

Go to the closest high schools to your house and have them put a flyer up in the teacher's lounge. Or find out who is in charge of Teach for America teachers in your area and shoot him/her an email.

So the laws are tough on screening and accepting tenants, but, they don't apply to how you advertise. Where I live, rentals generally are not well advertised.
I would think renting to any college educated person is a somewhat decent bet, but you still want to do all your due diligence, collect a deposit, etc.
It seems like a lot of them don't drive, so they probably want to live close to the school, or at least close to transportation.

They are not well paid. The ones I know lived in low rent with multiple roommates.

Depending on what city, they make between 24-51K, but the real money is with the teacher loan forgivness aspect.
