Shopping around car insurance. They have a low premium, but the reviews online seem pretty crappy. Anyone have experience with them?

Have them. Been easy to deal with.

Wife's car was hit and run in a parking lot 8 hours after the insurance went into effect. They never balked and never raised our premiums. Been with them for about 5 years.

They were cheaper than Geico? Geico saved me a good bit.

Did you know 15 minutes could save you 15% on your car insurance?

I have my home and auto through them, but never had to file a claim. For auto they were by far the cheapest.

No clue. Never checked with them. Always had home and auto insurance packaged through them. Might need to check.

I have Geico and, talking to a couple of buddies that are in insurance biz, they say Geico is killing the other companies in Baton Rouge with low rates.

Probably worth a call. The agent I use is on Siegen.

I have them for both home and auto. Never had a claim yet. Their hurricane deductible was the lowest out there.

i have them and yes they were the cheapest by far.

I was in a bad 1 car wreck a year ago and they were great to deal with and very good.

they were quick, paid all my medical bills and sent me checks within a day or two.

I have been very satisfied.

We had good experience with them. They paid claims on some damage when a tree fell on one car. No problems. Changed from Safeco to Progressive about 6 months ago because we were offered a much better rate. Just have to shop every few years I guess.

I have them. They're pretty inexpensive if you have a good record. Don't know how they are with claims, I've never had to file one.

My lifetime goal is to buy a car from Auto Yes and have it insured by the General.

Forgot I filed a claim for a new roof as well. Paid it with little problem. Ended up about 2-3k out of my pocket.
