Is Self the most overrated coach in CBB?

I started an earlier thread asking if Izzo is the best, well does any coach do less with more than Self? Many early exits to teams with inferior talent.

Yeah, I mean what is it? 11 conference titles in a row? Some Final Fours and Some Elite 8s and a national title? I know they have been upset a number of times but he has had some real success there.

As stated the Big 12 is as overrated as Self.

nope. the last two years were not final four quality (without embiid). we'd rather have the conference titles when that is the case. not kidding.

In a down year, Self won the big 12. Kansas DOMINATES a very good conference. KU also lost the number 2 recruit in the nation before this tournament and has no post play. Texas' 4th best post player would be KU's second best. Self is a fantastic coach and arguably top 3 in the nation.
