I may have screwed up taking it out of the freezer at noon....not sure i have enough time to try any of the great recipies i have seen. Crap.
Gonna do them for dinner 2morro night. Found some duck breasts w skin on for tonight.

Boss, I did a mixture of a few internet recipies I found. Was a long wine and beef stock braise with some tomato paste and herbs. No brain surgery was involved, but it was good.
