Some days, definitely (like today). Of course, I would have to limit the types of work I do on those days.

no, but i'd like to take a dip from time to time. I'm not someone that dips everyday, but it does help me concentrate.

A few cold ones certainly wouldn't hurt anything in the afternoon before I go home to the wife and kids.

Yes, I would. Sometimes the stress becomes too much to take and the only thing that takes the edge off are a few vodkas on the rocks.

I worked at a Sugar Refinery in Savannah,Ga. from from 96-98 and i was told they were only 5 years removed from selling beer. Just so you didn't abuse it and drink too much, they were cool with it.

Probably not. I am allowed to have a few for lunch, but I don't do it very often, mainly because I try to go to the gym, or get a quick run in during that time. I do not see anything wrong with someone who has a few at lunch on occasion, or a few on Friday afternoon an hour or so before quittin time.
