Sitting in Luling City Market with the meat sweats...ordered 4 slices of brisket, best I've ever had...I was going to take pics but I ate it all,

Damn good....sausage is pretty awesome also.
Now you should do like I did years ago...left there and then went to Kreuz Market and Smittys in Lockhart, all in the same day!

Brisket is very good as is the sausage.
Sauce (I only sampled it) is different. Did you try it?

I've been about 10 times, it's amazing how consistent the quality of the BBQ. I'm not a huge fan of the sauce, it seems to be a mustard base.
One day I'll make the drive to Lockhart Tx and try those places as well.
