I haven't watched Gotham but out of the other shows I like Arrow best.

I really enjoy all 5.
1) Arrow-though this season has been a bit tedious.
2) AOS
3) Flash
4) Agent Carter
5) Gotham.

Currently, my ranking is:
1. Arrow - I think the showrunners had great vision on bringing the DC feel to tv, and they've nailed it so far.
2. Flash - I think they got the DC feel with this one as well, just the lighter side.
3. AoS - Although it is about to jump Flash. I've really dug the last couple of episodes now that they're committing to the Inhumans/superpowers.
4. Agent Carter - This might be higher if it wasn't a limited series/it gets more seasons
5. Gotham

Agents of SHIELD- Started slow but the NO2 kicked in after Winter Soldier and it left everyone in the dust by the season 1 finale.
Arrow-Consistently strong but starting to suffer from lack of focus
Agent Carter-Much better than I thought it could be and they didn't even have to lean on the SHIELD crutch.
Gotham-I'm surprised this one got as good as it did. Something about Gordon trying to clean up the GCPD has got me hooked. I really couldn't care less about the whole "pre-Batman" bullshite. It's actually a solid show without that.
Flash-Started higher on my list, dropped down a bit, but I expect it to climb a few spots by season's end. The villain's have been a bit weak so far. Other than Girder and Reverse Flash, none have struck me as very threatening.

Arrow for sure.
Flash is making a strong push for #2. For as good as Arrow was to start with I think Flash could be off to a better start, have to see about S2 though as that's when Arrow sealed best show on TV for me

1.A- Arrow (Top notch action, best character work of any superhero show right now)
1.B- Flash (most like a comic book, great characters and just plain fun. Only worry is that while it burns brightest of the shows, it may burn shortest at the rate they're going)
2- Agents of Shield (much better after Winter Soldier, this season has felt like its much more ingrained in the MCU)
3- Agent Carter (good stuff, though not integral to the MCU)
4- Gotham (gave up on it after six episodes)

I think the showrunners of Arrow and Flash have done the best job of transferring the "feel" of the DC comics to the small screen. In the same kind of way that Whedon was successful in transferring the comic "feel" of the Avengers to the big screen.
While AoS is a pretty good show in its own right since the CA:WS turn around, it still doesn't have that comic "feel" yet imo. But the last couple of episodes have taken a step in that direction.
