frog legs are a yes...but, they must be prepared in a way as to where they do not resemble the taste of chicken.

If they really wanted to sacrifice, then how about fasting, not eating anything at all on Fridays.

That's what you're supposed to do. And you can eat something, you just aren't supposed to pig out or have a full meal.
