Anybody had any bad experiences with this car ? I'm looking at a low mileage 2012 with technology and navigation. A 10k+ depreciation off the MSRP with 20k miles, so seems like a good value. I like the brand, and want something affordable and reliable in that entry luxury under 25k segment (not OT Baller and have to buy three more cars for kids in next five years). This will be a high mileage car so I don't want something that I'll get depressed about beating the crap out of over the next and I'm a fan/owner of the brand but don't know anybody who has driven the TSX model. Thoughts?

My wife had a 2006. We both loved the car. The four banger is peppy, except from a standstill. I bought her a new Lexus because we aren't getting any younger and she wanted something with more horses.

I don't know anything bad about vehicle, and never had any problems myself.

You can drive the wheels off that thing. Friend has one that has about 100,000 on it and still drives like new.

It's a really nice Honda Accord (the European version though). I say go for it.

Yeah I bought Mrs. Pimp a loaded 2014 MDX and have since fallen in love with the brand. But the MDX is legit. The TSX seems to be striving a bit, somewhere below luxury, somewhere above standard sedan. I've been trying to talk myself into an Accord or Camry for a year but I just can't force myself to do it and the TSX feels right for my needs. I'm driving a 15 year old SUV and am tired of bland but too practical to step up to a true luxury vehicle like a Lexus.

I have an 08 TL with about 80k miles on it and I'm satisfied so far. My cruise button broke and one of my door sensors broke. Other than that, everything is good.

The later models, like the one you're looking at, are better than the earlier models.

The 2010 and earlier ones had some transmission issues, but that was cured by 2012.
Check that via Google to be sure.

Also, check the paint on the roof and leading edge of the hood for issues with the clear coat. It will look dull or cloudy if there's a problem.

I bought an 09 back in 11 and mine has never given me any probs

Drives great. Wrecked it a while back and drove a new Mazda for 2 weeks and my 09 was still a smoother ride.

I think mine is around 145k miles

I drove a 2012 with tech package . Very nice car for the money , dead quiet on the road , HIDs and navigation heated seats , etc .. And will last forever .

Sold it for work purposes .

Buy it .

I have the 2012 wagon with tech package. Purchased it last month, certified pre oqwned. Love it.

I have been a Honda guy my whole life, so the Acura was an easy choice.

You know how to blind a chinaman (mongol in this case)?

Put a windshield in front of them.
