Should I put my Roth IRA contribution for the year in VDE or reach the admiral shares of VTSMX?

Apples and oranges here. Do you want a full market index or strictly an O&G index?

Right now, there is much higher risk/reward in VDE, which is what I will likely throw my money into this year for my Roth if I don't go 50/50.

Yes, I've posted a lot about DBO in the past. I think it's one of the better oil ETNs. Not as much decay the way they actively manage it.

$13s look the be a great price. It won't be a triple bagger, but appears to be safe if bought at this price.

Only admiral shares I have are of the REIT fund. Cannot remember symbol. Not sure if healthcare fund has admiral shares or not. That fund has made me a killing.
