What say the SB? Too harsh, too light or just right?

About right. Spitting at someone is so freaking low.

This just says to me that the FA would rather you lash out and kick someone than spit on them. So if it gets heated, just kick the fricker and take 3 games. Spitting at someone is low, but I have given up on trying to figure the FA out.

Evans should get more for lying about it when it was on camera.

For the record, I would rather be hit or kicked than spit on. That shite is disgusting.

I was guessing it would be about this and seems about on par, given the FAs history...

I'm biased obviously but I think it's harsh. At this point we're without over half of our regular first team for one reason or another. Thank god we beat Villa because I don't know how we're going to score any goals.

I think its a bit harsh, but what I really don't understand is why the difference? If anything, it makes more sense for Evans to have the larger amount of games.

He spit first.

He denied he spit.

Cisse at least admitted it and apologized well before the FA was going to rule?

I think Cisse has another ban or something else going on, which is why it is 7.

I truly don't get why they treat this way more harshly then other things.

Make a near leg snapping tackle that doesn't get caught by the ref, no issue. Spit on someone, get a 6 game ban.

Getting spit on is one of the ultimate insults. It's vile.
