Went to buy a new suit at Brooks Brothers

And was couple of hundred dollars short. I only had cash and don't have a credit card. I was mistaken about the cost of the suit because of a phone conversation with sales girl before I drove to store. She said no biggy I will knock 25% off the price. Is this routine?

I spent $1200 on a Suit and a pair of shoes and they threw in a shirt and a couple of ties for me. Too rich for my blood, though. I remember when you could get a suit from most of their collections for $400-$600.
