Honestly, that roughing up a teen gets more outrage than cops actually gunning down an unarmed teen (regardless of his past - unarmed) is just daft.

The bottom line is that there is video of the cop grounding and pounding a 17 yo kid.
Any jury you put together will award damages for that.
