I'm hoping avengers 3 will cross into this territory as well.

it is...I like the tone of the trailer (the movie could still be full of gag humor though, who knows)
I like that it probably has a more focused and easily understandable plot (since it isn't dependent upon you having watched 2 of the stand alone movies and doesn't have the weird cube of light that does something that kind of makes sense, but not really.
The first one and this trailer remind me of all of the useless robots getting cut down in the phantom menace
I've never seen a subway restaurant in an "epic" movie trailer
ETA: 30K...complaining about the avengers, just like I always imagined.

I'm thinking it will get close at least. Really, the MCU hasn't had the best villains brought to screen, but holy shite does it look as if they're going to pull it off. Just hearing Whedon talk about what he's done with the character sounds incredible. Really can't wait to see him brought to the big screen.
