UNBELIEVABLE. Just horrible coaching. STOP LETTING CUNNINGHAM TAKE LONG 2s..... Early in the shot clock at that.

Not the best game offensively for him but he's been good on defense.

I agree. I'm not trying to get on Cunningham at all. I'm sure he's doing everything he can to help the team. It's not his duty to game-plan an efficient offense.

Not gonna totally disagree with you but Cunninghams 17 footers from the elbows were pretty much all the offense we had in the first half last night. Probably feeling a little more confident than he should.

Ball needs to be in Reke's hand on offense. Cole is hot, he needs to be moving and taking the jumpers Reke is missing.

And we scored how many points? There is an opportunity cost for 17-20 footers and that cost is what ends up getting 39 points in a half.

In a game like this, they shouldn't be running sets for him like that with 20 left on the shot clock. you can get a much better shot than that.

ETA: shouldn't be running that with 20 on the shot clock in any game

Cunningham needs to realize that it's not his night and either take shots at the rim or try to create for others.

I understand the analytics of basketball, arguably as well as anyone on this board. I know what you meant when you said it, they are the least efficient shots in the game. I was just giving a reason why he was taking them, he was left open and made them last night, which led to him thinking he should be automatic tonight when open, hasn't happened.
