Alright so we need to talk about HOC S3 episode 6....(spoilers)

frick Claire fricking underwood. What a dumbass jeeeeez. She needs to be put back into reality. I was yelling at the tv whenever she wouldn't get off the damn podium.
"I'm sorry for making you president" umm excuse me? You've almost cost Frank and you y'all entire careers on numerous occasions. And you are really fricking things up this season. Damn Frank needs to take her to a nearby train station soon and give her the old pusher-roo
I mean she really just imploded a peace treaty because she couldn't keep her mouth shut over one gay activist who was more interested in being a martyr than actually making change
Really great episode overall though, one of the best out of the series (that I've seen so far)
Also frick not being about to have the thread discussions this year. It's killing me not being able to talk about everything that happens

I didn't think she'd do something to jeopardize herself to that degree and that's exactly what she did. I figured it would be something to tear down everything and everyone else around her, but she's in hotter shite then she could possibly imagine being an UN Ambassador and pulling that stunt.
For the one man she tried to save she just effectively endangered the lives of many, many more.

Unfortunately there are dumbasses who actually support this kind of thing and would want our president and first lady to do the same thing.
They would have had some peace between Palestine and Israel, Russia and the US would pretty much be partners again. But no. That dumb bitch had to spout off because "He deserved more than a few false words". No the hell he didn't. His selfish arse deserved exactly what he got.

Claire isn't even good moral support for her husband. She acts like he wouldn't be there without him but Everytime they run into a problem she just goes " I don't care I don't want to hear excuses, just figure it out!" And most of the time she was the problem to begin with.

I just watched this episode a couple of hours ago. I had a hard time believing uppity Claire could just lay her head down on some cheap prison pillow and 75 thread count prison sheets and succumb to a deep sleep while a guy is hanging himself a few feet away.
This was a great episode, but Claire is getting in over her head and is becoming a liability for Frank. And we'll, we all know what Frank does to a liability....

Sidenote: I think Franks best political move so far was putting Donald Blythe as Vice President. He basically made him self unimpeachable at first I was like WTF and then I realized the brilliance
Claire is also in a position of impunity because he can't do anything to her without making it hard for himself. She is his weakness, which is why is so frustrating to watch her frick it all up

She's always seemed to show more remorse than Frank for their actions. I knew at some point her conscience would get the better of her.
