Extremely important. Love mornings and evenings, the "golden hours" right before sunset and after sunrise.

The short days in winter bum me out severely. I've been thinking about getting some full-spectrum light bulbs to see if they help.

I don't like to be in room with primarily overhead lights, like ceiling fans or ceiling fixtures. It always feels too harsh.

My house is lit exclusively with floor and table lamps. Typically between 40-60 watts and I prefer a warmer amber color light to a cooler bluish or bright white light.

Overhead lighting just bums me out. Always has and I assume it always will.

Can't stand when people illuminate their entire house with like one tiny lamp like a damn maw maw.
