For anything like a big budget film - Rocky Horror Picture Show, Flash Gordon and Ice Pirates have to be at the top.

As an honorable mention, Mel Brooks movies have an element of camp that works very well, too.

Plenty of "B" movies are campy, either by design or a consequence of the way they're produced. John Waters' films, as well as those of Ed Wood are classic examples of this.

Plan 9 is the epitome of this criteria.

The original Pink Panther films with Peter Sellers were the pyramids of camp.

Dean Martin's Matt Helm films from the mid-60s were good as well.

Ice Pirates is a good one.

Also, Laserblast (1978)
Same genre, Logan's Run (1976) - although this could be a great reboot, there was talk of it in the past.

This may not qualify, but I'm watching The Last American Virgin for the first time and it's pretty funny.

That's not camp. That's just bad acting in an 80s teen sexploitation flick.

The 80s, the golden era of teen sex romps. Virgin, Ridgemont, Fraternity Vacation, Hardbodies, Hot Dog the Movie, Private Lesson. What glorious times.

Hot Dog the Movie

Wore that movie out watching it in VHS back in the day. Fricking loved that movie. Squirrel Murphy, "Bonzai", What da f--ka Chinese downhill?, wet t-shirt contest, broomball. Yep, the absolute best 'campy' movie of all times.
