Go into the week as a projected 7 seed, a spot in the NCAA tournament nearly secure and what do their worthless asses do? Lose to Georgia and are letting LSU drag their nuts across our face putting us firmly on the bubble again.

What a wonderful quote from an Ole Piss fan on the secr.

This team has a couple of deficiencies but they look real hungry at the right time. Boys can finally put a game away. Martin is playing his best ball. If Mickey can come back to form this team will shock some people. Great team win.

Agree, but coming out flat and waiting until the 2nd to get going is going to cost us against a quality team. We need to be hungry from tip-off on.

Definitely right. It is refreshing seeing them play well at the end of games now. We have at least 4 losses where we quit playing in the last 3 minutes. Coach has done a good job fixing this.

Sorry jones. I had to post it here. I know you may be upset about the loss but I thought that post was gold.

We couldn't buy a basket 1st 15 minutes. We shot 30%, the effort was there.

Once we got hot in the 2nd half, it was all over.

LSU hasn't been starting slow. Besides today's 4 point halftime deficit, in the last 6 games prior, LSU has had the lead at half in 5 of them. The only exception was UK (down by 4 at half) - and in that game, LSU started the first 10 mins on fire.

Martin playing it the way he has been the last two weeks definitely helps secure a win.

He's probably still mad about us ruining their football season too. :-)

Martin playing focused and aggressive along with the starting lineup change has made all the difference.
