I'm assuming our cotton products come from China or Mexico.

No.

However, I work with a guy from NJ and I was telling him about a plantation near my house. The look on his face was pretty funny. He assumed that they were all mandated to be destroyed or something.

Northerners (not all of course). The reason I ask is we had some family friends in town over the holidays that went touring around to plantations etc. They rode by some active cotton farms by chance and made some strange comments like the south can never change its ways (or something similarly ignorant). So Ive been wondering if a lot of the nation would view it that way.... (I agree who gives a shite what they think, this is just a question)

We have a Cotton farm. Well, we have a farm that grows Cotton when we get more money for that than soybeans.

Ignorant fools must think all the cotton is still picked by hand.

Who knew a plant could be racist. I'm sure they were unaware that slaves farmed more than cotton.

Im not surprised. You've been advertising cotten instead of cotton. There's your problem.

Have you ever tried picking the seeds out of cotton by hand? It sucks.

He's actually more racist than any southerner I know and from the stories he tells me, it sounds like there's more racists in NJ than there are in AL.
