Not suprised at all by this response. It's like a batman beacon goes off for you with these kind of threads.

Get the Cajun Chicken Littles.

Huge plate of chicken fingers (it's like 3 meals) with mashed potatoes and corn succotash. It's good.

I think their pasta dishes are very good for a chain. Large portions, so skip appetizer

I have had the Louisiana chicken pasta and enjoyed it. This is what I would recommend.

The wife had Bang Bang Chicken with shrimp. It looked nice and she enjoyed it.

There is a Cajun pasta with crawfish that is nice.

Split a slice of cheesecake and coffee for desert.

I actually ate at one out by LAX last week as one of my coworkers is a huge fan. I had the fish tacos and just thought they were OK, not something I'd probably get again. We had some type of salmon wrap app that was very good.

Their cheesecake might be over priced but we'll pick up some to go every now and then from the one by us. We've probably have tried 6 or 7 different ones and they are all good.

Not sure to recommend for your meal, in my mind their menu is so over the top it's impossible to do it all very good. I don't hate it at all and wouldn't hesitate to go and burn a gift card, just not sure what I'd get next time.

You are so right. I just get ticked off we are so damn spoiled.
I know "the place sucks" stuff is just hyperbole or lemmingness, but I let it get to me.

for calling me out. I am trying to mellow.

I went once and remember being bored by whatever I ordered, but like others said: The menu is huge, so I'm sure you can find something decent.

I don't care what the haters say; CF is one of my favorite chains. My go-to meal there consists of the sweet corn tamale cakes, French country salad, and bang bang chicken/shrimp. All of them are superb.

I like their chocolate cake. Honestly, their cheesecake isn't good at all to me.
