I graduated Spring '03... have zero clue who gave the commencement speech. I only went to my college's ceremony.
Maybe it was the year Dick Cheney's wife had to come because he backed out? I really don't remember.

IDK who spoke at my graduation. I did not go to the main LSU graduation in the PMAC, I just went to the College of Education's graduation to get my diploma. Some local pastor spoke at my grad school graduation at MC. I didn't go, I went to Panama City.
