For When You Want to Spice Up Your Yard Bird

Try this. Excellent dish...easy...and different. Usually serve it over a brown rice.


And fwiw, when you see a Tyler Florence recipe, it's usually a damn good effort.

Saw a recipe similar to this in fine cooking awhile back. The whole preserved lemon thing kind of threw me off. Good stuff though huh?

Excellent . Unique flavors. Go easy on the salt. The olives almost have enough to carry the dish.
