Let's discuss the deep web for another moment

I know, it's been done before, but I think it's been a while. I still don't fully understand what it is and how to access it. Is it illegal to try to access it? If I google it, will I be flagged by NSA?

There are tons of legitimate, legal applications for the "deep web." There are tons of illegal applications as well. Like someone said, it depends on what you use it for.

The biggest thing about the deep web is it's content is not searchable on any data base like google or whatever. I know people that surf there and they use a proxy server to access it. I checked it out a time or two and got a virus so nasty I had reformat my hard drive and I had complete antivirus and malwarebytes running. People there are skilled and sneaky little bastards.
