Why did Cam offer two more QBs when it looks like we will have Franks and Tolivers cousin? Don't need to scare Franks away

I think its pretty obvious that they want 2 QBs in this class
and Haskins is, in no way, a sure thing

Franks obviously knows we are getting one more. If a second one is interested, they might want to get on board to get that spot.

i thought i heard him say he may play baseball for us but wasnt going to sign a pro contract. now im second guessing myself. good idea to get 2 either way. i think jennings or harris transfers after this year if they dont start.

We must take 2. Look at our history, look at OSU this year. Having more than 1 quality QB is a necessity for winning. Each will get their chance to start over 4 years.

FYI - Braxton Miller, JT Barrett and Cardale Jones came in 3 different recruiting classes.

Honestly, if Franks is scared away by LSU adding depth at the QB position and not even an elite prospect, then that tells us a little something about Franks...PPL do get injured.

Correct but even with those 3 plus the TX kid they too Joe Burrows and Torrance Gibson. Gotta know when its time to restock ahead of the curve. I'd be OK with 1 this class but if the right guy takes a 2nd spot thats a plus. Just don't want a reach

By now they've surely told him they're taking an additional QB. I mean it's no secret, so he probably would've already opening things back up and started looking around if he really had an issue with it.
