or at least foods that aren't terrible for you. And I'm talking delicious, not just tasty. It seems like anything that is that good is also bad for you.

I can only think of a few.

Pistachios, for example, are very good for you. Though the heavily salted ones aren't that great. I could eat a bucket full of pistachios in one sitting.

Oranges are delicious to me. Apples are good, but not delicious. Cherry/grape tomatoes are delicious, but that's about it as far as fruits and vegetables (at least without a condiment.)

What else is out there? Smoked salmon maybe?

Sardines are if you can put up with stank breath for a little bit. My lunch several times a week is sourdough topped with avocado and sardines. Freshen it up with some vinegar and citrus zest. So much flavor.

Roasted vegetables.

Onions, carrots, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, asparagus. Toss 'em in olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and roast em on the oven.

Roasted cauliflower with lemon, garlic, and Parmesan is really good.

Collard greens and green beans sautéed with some onion, garlic, and chicken stock.

If anybody says kale, I'm going to come punch you in the face. That shite is vile, but healthy.

I could eat eggs, fish/chicken, and guacamole every day in no particular order and be happy and healthy.

YES!

Canned sardines have come a looooonnnngggg way.

The good stuff is easy to find, too. Great with avocado and sriracha.

Chicken

I guess that depends on how you make it. By itself, pretty bland. Smoked chicken is delicious.

Shrimp

I was thinking boiled shrimp for healthiness, and maybe a healthy version of cocktail sauce.

Bacon

How is THAT healthy?!?

Chocolate

My favorite chocolates have too much sugar.

Nice list though. Thanks.

Maybe he means bacon in moderation?

I have to have a little dark chocolate in my life if I'm eating healthy. I just say oh look at those antioxidants Nom nom nom.
