Why does Domelise's get such a bad rap on F&D?

I haven't had a po-boy there in about 5 years, but at the time I was hooked on them and was going almost every time I was in the city.
Did they fall off? Is there a better option on that side of town?
Is the Cult of Parkway Tav too much to overcome?
Mavens, on a scale of 1-5 where does Doms fall in the New Orleans pantheon of poboys?

It's not just us... Fitzmorris only gives it 1 star/fleur de lis.
It's hit or miss in my book. I just find it's overpriced relative to the portions for starters, and in quality wise it lags beyond several other places. I certainly don't dislike it.

I enjoy it but I am a Guys fan as well.
But I'm a Mahoneys fan too even though I have to sell stock to buy a po boy there.

It's nostalgic and pricey. The large oyster is $18. The shrimp aren't big either. Parkway gives you the best bang for your buck. Shrimp are big and the regular size poboy is plenty and only $8.10.
