Pretty cool. At what temperature does boiling water freeze instantly? In this video the wind chill is -35.

It puts off an impressive vapor cloud but most of that water is not freezing in the air. Air simply does not have that much cooling capacity, even at -10.

Hot water freezes faster than cold water.

A more impressive video was a guy pulled a water bottle out of an ice chest lifted it in the air and you see the bottle of water freeze down instantly.

Its not the air that froze that bottle. You can see that any day with a bottle of water in a freezer. If you pull it out at the right time when it's close to freezing and tap it, crystals will form and freeze it to a slush.

I was in MI Monday and saw this up on the worker bees' cubicles. I still don't know the answer.

Fake? How so? Not because they used liquid nitrogen? There is no vapor coming off the "boiling water" when outside. There would be an obvious water vapor if they used hot water, even more water vapor if it was near boiling. This video was cool but to say it's boiling water is pure bullshite.
