I don't think its a coincidence why attendance and revenue have steadily gone down for a while now.

I have a bad taste in my mouth as far as catholics (lutheran's as well, for that matter). In my personal experience, the ones I know are more concerned about the fact that they are catholic than actually following their faith. It's like they're the crossfitter's of the religious world. Easiest way to tell who's catholic is to wait for them to tell you

My buddy and I went to the same Baptist Church, but never "bragged" about it. He has since moved to Catholicism, and will assuredly talk about every time we hang out

I'm curious what type of people y'all hang around with. I've been asked about what church I go to if we talk about Sunday plans or events, but never has denominational preferences come up. Makes me happy.

Most of my buddies now are people I grew up with in church. I never talk about religion in casual conversations. The one friend I mentioned above is the only one that ever talks about it
