Looks like he either had hydraulics or air suspension. When he drops it all the way to the ground it does that. He probably doesn't actually drive it like that. Just parks it like that.

They do drive them like that. I had to come to a dead stop a couple weeks ago due to one of those coffee can exhaust POS stopping on airline to turn into a driveway because he didn't want to drive on the shoulder and worried about scraping his car.

BMW sets up their cars with rear camber. Wears tires like crazy, but they drive well.
