He has Jalen Collins going 24th to the Cardinals. (Guess they just want a full LSU roster)

Has La'el going 29th to the Colts.

I just don't understand La'el going so low. If that's how he is viewed, I hope the Saints trade back for some picks and grab him.

Problem is some teams see him as a guard and others see him as a tackle, some as a right and some as a left

If he gets a team that thinks he's a LT early, he could go top 10, if they pass on him and other teams lower down the latter see him as a guard, he could slide downtown the bottom of the round

It's really dependent on who views him as what and what they value that position for

Collins played really well for LSU last year, and he seems like a good kid, but I never thought he'd be a 1st round pick.

Major props to him for working so hard and improving his stock. Hopefully he can be an example for why some players should stay an extra year before turning pro.

I don't think he's going that low. Some boards may have him listed as a guard - I think being able to play multiple positions should help, but others think it devalues tackles, particularly left tackles. It should only hurt if a team takes him with the idea he gets a look at LT, but probably moves inside.

And even then, he still goes in the first. QB, lockdown corner, DE and LT remain your premium positions - depending on his combine performance and private workouts - he can still move up, certainly.

When is the last time the Saints have drafted an LSU player? Al Woods, and Devery Henderson before that?

There really hasn't been much of a track record of this happening, so I don't know why so many people keep hoping for these types of picks.

Did Kiper not see J Collins get picked on over and over in the bowl game?

Made it pretty clear why Robinson was the starter until he got in trouble. J Collins was, at best, the 3rd CB on last season's team, and now he is a first round talent? If true, the NFL is in worse shape than I thought.

I agree about La'el. How could he not go in the top half of the draft? The guy is a beast

He's a 6'2" corner that runs 4.4. You can teach a kid to cover but you can't teach that. And don't act like he didn't have a great season outside of ND.

I think this may be the main reason even though he can pretty much play every position on the line not named center. I like his versatility and he's a great kid.

LSU player projected as 1st round pick, shite on player and call the analyst stupid. You don't have LSU as your team, but even if you did, you need to GTHO of here. Collins had a great year with major improvement.

I can see teams needing a LT that might pass on him, but if a team is in need of a OL at multiple positions, it is going to be very difficult to pass on a guy whose likely worst case is starting at one of the Guard positions. I love him to the Saints as he could start at G, in place of one of the salary cap drains there now, until Strief is done when he could slide to RT. Takes care of now and the future.
