C'mon, guys. Almost 4 o'clock on a Monday? Slackers. It's like y'all have responsibilities or something.

I won't be working then, either. Should be interesting.

How is that 2013? That's such an underappreciated beer (and brewery).

North Coast makes quality stuff. Not really boozy anymore, I guess I've had this for about a year. A lot of caramel and fruit. It's pretty good, but it's not blowing my mind. This was actually my last one from the 4 pack I purchased, and I'm not overly distraught over that. It's not bad, but it's not my style. That being said, I'll probably follow it up with another Old Ale

North Carolina? Sierra Nevada is releasing a load of limiteds right now since they opened over there. Mule me some back. Never thought I'd have to ask for NC beer

Cleansing the palate

To my knowledge it will only be one. This beer is the Sierra Nevada/Ballast Point collab that's been tweaked. Last year it was the Electric Ray IPL. You won't see a full Beer Camp 12 pack (to my knowledge, but I'm not an "insider"). I think it's just called that because it's going back to that beer's recipe.

FBD = Breakside India Pale Lager while at lunch at WF. The hops were mainly in the nose. The lager lacked the dankness that I love about the IPA. Not a style I drink often, but I have one every once in a while to remind me to stick with IPAs.

The beer manager at WF quit his job to go to work as a rep for No-Li Brewing. The cheese manager moved into the beer manager's position, so I stopped by to congratulate him. He explained it to me, "The breweries bring the beer manager samples all the time. The cheese manager doesn't get shite."

The guy who was the cheese manager probably knows more about beer than the former beer manager did, anyway. He knows me quite well and I've traded beers with him, so I don't have to worry about whether they will hold the good stuff in the back for me...

I might be speaking out of turn, but if it's a 12 pack that would be a red flag. I don't think they are packaging the Hoppy Lager in 12s. If it's the pack from last year there's going to be some absolute disgusting malt bombs in there. But I can't imagine one of those 12 packs having lasted until now? That's curious.

I am pretty sure it was a 12 pack of the hoppy lager. It definitely wasnt the one from last year as it seemed to be only one beer. I was looking all over the package to see if there were other ones in there. I was able to buy last years and remember what it looked like.

It could have been another one and I just mistook it for the hoppy lager.
