MD's waiting room has coke machine, snack and candy vending machines

Health clinic and doctor's office in my town has a waiting room with a coke machine; snack vending machine with candy bars, chips, honey bun (mega fat), cookies and cake; and three gumball machines.
I was going to take a pic with my phone but one of the ladies saw me and said "don't do that."
This seems to be a conflict of interest.

The vending machines at the Oschsner hospital on Oneal are stocked with only healthy foods.

It's not a conflict of interest. It's more of an indication that many doctors know little about preventing disease. They focus on curing temporarily.

The cafeteria at Willis-Knighton in Shreveport had some damn good fried catfish last week.
