Millions of Facebook users have no idea they’re using the internet

I brought up a few weeks ago the general incompetency of average tech users when discussing iCloud back ups. Here is some proof. Yes, all this data is from 3rd world countries, but the point remains. These are your average users.

My parents would say the same. Just the other day my mom asked why her iPad can't get on facebook when she leaves the house.

yeah, I can't get my wife to understand the difference between wifi and cellular data.

This isn't surprising to me in the least. I worked tech support for 4 years.

Yeah, I do remote support. Clients call in all the time asking for us to remote into their computer to fix their internet or set up their router.
