It really is tough. I played today and had it going on the range but just didn't have it on the course. I played ok on the back 9 though

Pre-shot routine before every range ball always helped me with that. Unconsciously grooving out a repetitive motion never got me anywhere

Trying to hit hole specific shots on the range. I know the MSU course very well so I'll act like I'm hitting different approach shots to greens on the course. Hit a few until I feel like I hit the shot I was going for.

get a handful of practice swings on a few clubs in and then go out on the course

Striped a 54 within feet on the range to 115 twenty times.
Got on the course and looked like I'd never played golf.
