It's a reality show that follow EMS, firefighters and police in NOLA from 8pm to 4am. It's pretty good.

I've watched every episode so far. I like the show. Seems pretty crazy some of the stuff they have going on but I'd imagine its similar to every major city. The 18 wheeler fire was pretty wild for sure.

I just discovered the show and I really like it. I think it shines a good light on those who protect and serve.

I love this show, and yes, it depicts what happens in the field exactly how it happens. Obviously they won't show the more boring calls, but it surprisingly is an accurate depiction.

It's crazy that so much crap happens so often there. I get they only show exciting calls but every night seems so unpredictable. I can see why those guys get burned out. I'm sure their pay isn't worth what they have to deal with.
