Had to get 2 adapters for a TV install same day. Radio Shack was my only choice. $21 a piece. Just for kicks, I went to the Monoprice website and found the same adapters for $1.95 each.
The store personnel was uber-arrogant to boot. You reap what you sow.

Radio Shack store personnel are (were) trained to keep at the upselling until they heard "no" three times.
They could've been another Dell with ready made storefronts. A case study in complete incompetence.

Radio shack last paid a dividend in 2012 and also bought back shares in the last 3 or 4 years. Management is completely incompetent. Sad but this was inevitable.
