We will have the best set of RBs in the entire country next year...a damn strong OL...a deep and talented set of WRs...a 300lb. blocking TE...several quality receiving TEs...it's time for Mr. Harris to step up and grow up to the QB position...we can nowno0nly wait and see if he mans up and has the chest for the job...it will be party time in Tiger Town if he does...jmho

All the pieces are there, no excuses this season. His first hurdle is overcoming Jennings. Which if Jennings doesn't improve drastically, then it should be more of a speed bump than a hurdle.

Winston and Manziel came out ballin their second year without playing any in their first and so did McCoy. He needs to go watch Denzel Washington tell Ronnie Bass that he had 12 brothers and sisters and when his daddy died they were all looking up to him. Gotta be ready. No excuses for Harris this year.

I agree with this, but he probably missed an entire game plus of playing time last year that he could be building on.

You just put Harris in the same company as arguably the top fifteen QBs from the past two decades. Nice bro....

Will Harris be able to handle a three step drop?

Perfect example of needing one year to get ready. Improvement has to be made. The question isn't "can he handle a 3 step drop? More like "he better be able to!! He been there a year!!

The talent all around the QB position is absolutely sick. And, we have an NFL OC and great position coaches.

If Jennings or Harris can't step up and throw for more than 100 ypg and complete more than 50% of their passes, then they are both absolutely pathetic.

IF they can't step up with all of that talent, we have a worse QB situation than Chad Loup or Jesse Diagle here and someone needs to get fired for not addressing it. IF these guys cannot play decent at the QB position wth all of the talent around them, we will have another wasted year where the coaches did nothing to address it in the offseason.

IF that is the case, with all of the talent on both sides of the ball, we need to start over with coaching and be done with it.

I cannot believe that to be the case. I just cannot accept that Miles/Cameron would be that stupid.

Harris needs to step up.

Yeah he didn't play. Dude give a rest and try not being a negative prick for a day. He played, he played good and played bad.

It's time for LSU to take the throne. We need a general to gather this bunch of insane warriors to lay waste to the lands. First we need to capture SEC West country from the Red Tide, then defend it from our neighboring rivals. After we have defeated the enemies of the East, we shall then set out to conquer this Kingdom we call college football.

ON TO VICTORY!!!

I fixed the your to you're, because I can't even quote something that ignorant.
Have you ever had one positive thing to say ever. Sometimes I think you would much rather us lose, because you don't know what to complain about if we are winning. I mean are you ever happy, or is it more fun to be miserable all of the time?

I am a huge Harris fan. However we have all seen this play out before. CLM opted to play Jennings as a manager as opposed to Harris gaining experience in 2014. You are deluding yourself if you think that decision won't hurt LSU at the qb position in 15.

Harris needs to get his arse in the film room. I have a relative that knows Oregeron and BDP very well from his time at Northwestern St., and he is non existent in the film room in the offseason from what I've heard. Jennings on the other hand lives there. Crazy, I know. I hope I hear a different story the next time we communicate.

The table was set last year. Especially at rb and oline. QBs needed time to grow and that should be the difference. The word is that Harris is just immature and irresponsible as of now though. The same was said about Mett, so I have faith he'll develop.
