Today..

Benched 225x3, 245x3 and 265x3

..and then did a wallball/hand release push-up WOD: 100 wall balls with 8 HR pushups EMOTM.

Missing a bunch of workouts from being in Houston killed some of my cardio.

15.3 gets released tonight. I'll have to do it tomorrow since I'll be traveling halfway around the world this weekend.

Crap I'm going to have to scale the MUs. I can do a few but I'd never finish the workout doing that many.

My goal is 2 rounds and then 7 more MU.

Wall balls are gonna be killer though. Wall balls and thrusters are my weakness.

Going to have to scale on 15.3. Can't do MUs for shite and even if I could by the time I was done with them I probably wouldn't have enough time to do 50 WBs.

Do it RX then do it scaled. You can compare scaled times at the gym but the muscle ups will bump you up online.


I am hoping to come close to 3 Rds of my hands heal. I've been doing 25MUs/day lately and am good at wall balls and DUs. Hopefully I don't just quit since 14 minutes is long for me

Should have been clearer. I can't do MUs. Had to do it scaled. I did 533 reps scaled. I will not be redoing this one!

I did my own version of the scaled since I can't do MUs very well.

7 pull-ups
7 ring dips
50 wall balls
100 DUs

Ended up at 304. Weak, I know. But so am I.

I can pound out some HSPUs, but the 185# cleans will eventually wear me down.

Goal is getting into the 40s
