USC-Texas in 2006 when USC blew a 12-pt lead with 6 to play.

-or-

Tonight's idiotic call when the game was essentially over.

2005 was still worse. No one was supposed to stop USC.

Marshawn Lynch had 5 previous runs from the 1 this season and had scored only one touchdown.

Super Bowl. Dumb call.

At least with USC he was going against Vince Young.

You keep posting this like that is a sample size of meaning and they wouldn't have had another down(s)

this was worse, but not because it was the super bowl, but because seattle literally gave the game away.

Well, considering he's a defensive guy, I'm going to say the BCS game stung more when it's all said and done.

The one where Reggie Bush wasnt on the field on 4th and 1 to ice it.

2006 was probably more of a shock. No one on USC expected to lose that game. "Greatest college team ever". They had schooled some very good OOC opponents by a wide margin.

Tonight's was more of a punch to the gut and has to hurt worse. Just run the ball and you win the super bowl.

Tough call. From purely a football perspective I would say 2006. USC didn't play a bad game, they just got beat. They were going for three (or 2...but regardless) and were favored by a TD. 2 Heisman winners. They beat all but one team by at least 10. This game was a pick 'em.

Factoring in the super bowl factor, this one is probably worse.

They had 6.6 YPC Lendale White on the sidelines. White had over 100 yards against UT. It wasn't a bad call.
