Did Carroll or Belichick Manage the last Minute Correctly?

Seems to me Carroll should have not let the clock run down and pound the ball in running it. And Belichick should have called a time out to not let the clock run down to have time if Seattle scored.

And finally, by Seattle not calling a time out and thinking out what they should do, Wilson throws an interception at the goal line. Just seemed bazaar watching the clock run down with so much on the line.

They are not Les Miles for sure when it comes to game clock management...

Incorrect.

Carroll should've punched the ball in running and actually used his TOs.

Both stunk. Pats were super lucky. They were due for the ball to bounce their way i guess

and to answer your question, they both fricked up big time.

BB should have called TO the moment Seattle Lynch was downed at the 1.

PC and his OC should both get kicked in the nuts for that final play call though.

Dumbest fricking shite ever.

I was very confused as to why Belichick wasn't calling a timeout.

If that were the Saints and Payton was letting the clock run down like that I may have flipped over my coffee table.

It reminded me of the LSU/Auburn game when Tuberville and Miles let the clock keep running and Flynn throws a TD seconds before time clock runs out.

Carroll handled the playclock perfectly he then called the dumbest play I have ever seen.

Sometimes the best decision you make is the one you don't. Belichick not calling a time out prevented Seattle from thoughtful play selection. A pass is what they chose.

Worked out well for Pats.

Save the timeouts in case the Hawks score quick guys. The chances they were gonna score. The timeout gives them the chance to stop the clock and line up for a FG to tie.

BB already had a game where he tried to save time for the offense. I think he decided to let it ride.

Pete did the right thing not calling a timeout. He has two timeouts. Let the clock drain all the way down, snap it with 37 seconds and run the ball. you get stopped, call a timeout 3rd down. Run it again, call a timeout now its 4th down. No need for anymore timeouts. Bill screwed up big time. If he calls a timeout and the seahawks score the patriots still have 1 minute and 2 timeouts to get in field goal range

You call the time outs so you actually have time to move the ball when they score fast.

letting the clock run to save time outs does you no good when it runs down to 20 some odd seconds instead of 40ish
