Is it okay to set a neighbor's house on fire if the fire dep't is already there fighting a house fire on another neighbor's house.

This analogy only works if you're starting a fire on the house that the firemen are already working on.

I saw a guy close to the Talledega Speedway on race weekend that had a beer can target by the road made out of a sheet of plywood. He was out there with a leaf rake gathering up the aluminum cans
