they've shown surveillance video of her being carried into a room, and some interviews with players. apparently the girl refused to believe the TE had anything to do with it. after commercial break, they are going to talk about video/pics that went on inside the room.

I'm pretty sure they video taped the whole thing. The girl didn't even believe she had been raped until the cops showed her the footage. U dum.

Did I hear right that they were convicted of rape and attempted rape? Seems like once you're convicted of rape the attempted part should be a given.

Their attorney has filed a motion saying one of the jurors did not disclose that she was a victim of sexual assault in the past. They want the conviction thrown out.

It would be a retrial and it would be a 99.9% chance they would be convicted again.
