NCAA Rules: 13.10.2.1 Comments Before Commitment :
Could fall somewhere in one of these categories.
quote:
Before the signing of a prospective student-athlete to a National Letter of Intent or an institution's written offer of admission and/or financial aid or before the institution receives his or her financial deposit in response to its offer of admission, a member institution may comment publicly only to the extent of confirming its recruitment of the prospective student-athlete. The institution may not comment generally about the prospective student-athlete's ability of the contribution that the prospective student-athlete might make to the institution's team; further, the institution is precluded from commenting in any manner as to the likelihood of the prospective student-athlete committing to or signing with that institution.

Probably falls under the rule that coaches can't publicly mention a recruit by name (or by similar specificity).

Then how did he get the picture?
Posted on 1/30/15 at 2:28 pm to teeMike
Might be more effective if he'd learn to spell his name right.

Photoshopping a kid into your school's uniform and tweeting it out is probably a no-no based on this article. Mora is such a fricktard.

It's ok for fans to do it I guess because you see that all the time.
Thanks for the responses responders

its ok for fans to do it
its also ok for coaches or the schools to make the photos, send them to the kid privately, and for the kid to post it
but the coach/school cannot post the pictures publicly
its a stupid rule
