Neat live National Park webcam site...

This is interesting, to me, at least. Live webcam shots from all the national parks with weather information. Wish I had known about this last fall when the leaves were changing. Got it bookmarked now. LINK

If it is not on a moving object like a nest or a stream, then it is pretty boring.

I honestly check National Park webcams nearly every day. The Rainier, Hurricane Ridge and tetons ones are the best.

Also check GSMNP to see if high country gets any snow. For those in the south interested in how some areas are just totally different than the surrounding areas in weather, check the Leconte Lodge daily posts. It's amazing how different the winters are.

Our local NP is Glacier Bay and you can see the Fairweather Range on a clear day. Also see the extreme tidal fluctuation and marine life (including humpbacks) occasionally.

I like watching the Old Faithful Live Video Stream. Nature and people watching at the same time.

Technology is awesome..

In August, they put up the bear cam at Brooks Falls in Katmai N.P.
