LSU basketball team needs to "take charge"

ok......I really enjoy blocks. they are fun to watch. however, there's about a 70% chance that the ref will call a foul everytime we swat at a ball. I would like to see this team take more charging fouls as there is a much better percentage of an offensive foul.

Mickey leads the country in blocks. He doesn't lead the country in charges taken.

You have to have better position on defense to take charges. We arent good enoigh defensively to do that. Btw, they call defensive fouls almost half the time when trying to draw a charge. And your percentage for foul calls on block attempts is way off. Its probably more like 25%.....since we are making up statistics

Blocks saved us last night. 13 in total no bigger than Hornsby which would have given south Carolina the lead back instead we get a 3 point possession sealing the game.

Without Mickey going off blocking shots, we probably lose the lead at the end. Was it 3 or 4 blocks on that one possession?

LSU's has the given up the least amount of free throws in all of the SEC when it comes to FTA/FGA... They also have the second highest block % in the SEC.
That is where they are at their best.
Martin has been good for 2 a game lately, but he was guarding a guy 5 inches shorter than himself last night so he had a career high 6 blocks. Sometimes the timing of these threads make me laugh.
