This is just more politics attempting to sway what should obviously happen...BH should start next year and ease us back to a 60/40 ratio.

Rhetoric like this points to the absurdity if BH does what he is asked preparing yet AJ gets the job.

Take a cue from A-Rodgers and R-E-L-A-X
He ain't going anywhere .

I've always "liked" to think it's this. Let's hope that's the case. Seriously, how many TRUE frosh wreck the league?

Winston, Manziel, etc were red shirts

Never said he wasn't a doghouse kind of guy but what did BH do to put him in the doghouse for the remainder of the season; if he gave the team the best chance to win?? If Les/Cam thought BH gave the team the best chance to win but they sat his arse because of some other reason, then that would have had to be one hell of a reason to risk losing all those games!!

I am not here to argue that the QB situation was handled right or wrong. Or that BH is better or worse than AJ. I just don't think our coaching staff will say, "we like ole AJ so much we will risk losing these games and getting fired even though we know BH is the better option". People fail to realize the players and coaches see more than 3 hours of a game each week of these QB's. So for jack holes who don't play, coach, or break down film for a living claim to know more than the people who do........well that looks like crazy talk.

While teams like Ohio state is 3 deep at the QB position that's what good coaching looks like moron

This is why most think you're a dumbass. "Teams like". Get fricked, who else had this perfect storm with QB's? If this is your basis for good then all teams suck. NO ONE has three deep like that and even Urban cryer hasn't had that before now. He was barely 1 deep when he fled UF. Stop dealing in anomalies and just admit telling BH to quit was stupid advice.

I want to know when exactly did working for things become unacceptable. It used to be the norm that freshmen ride the pine, no matter how good they were. Freaking Peyton Manning was a third stringer as a freshman, and only got playing time because of injuries. You think he wasn't the best QB on the team the day he got there? He had to work for it and he was Peyton freaking Manning. But BH is too good to sit?

It became unacceptable when he sat behind a guy who was statistically one of the worst qbs in all of college foootball and in LSU recent history! Think about that for a second. He didn't sit behind some 3 yr experienced productive player. He sat behind a guy who had ONE game of experience and ALL yr had stats worse than most in the country. Stats aren't everything in some offenses, but when you lose 4 games AND have next to ZERO production, it is obvious that qb is not the future and someone else should be played.
AT LEAST a few series per game!

And stop with the Peyton crap. That was 20 yrs ago in a differy time with different skill sets and he sat behind veterans and played.

We lost 5 fricking games last year! You really think AJ shouldn't have been benched? LOL

Do you think I'm telling Harris to quit???? I want him to get to the league and coach miles doesn't seem very interested in doing so he would rather play Jennings who btw couldn't start at 10 percent of high schools in the state of Louisiana

This post was edited on 1/29 at 5:40 pm How many times did DJ sit to let Buckworth play? How many times did Buckworth get to start? When Bucky missed plays did he sit? How many loses did LSU have after Buckworth took over?

1)beckwith was in his second year as a sophmore, b.h. true frosh.

2) Miss St. and Au. both games b.h. played as well. However, didn't play as well as beckwith.

3) beckwith didn't start as a true freshman at any point. B.H. DID.

4) should we play all the back up players? are they all better than the starters? Why is it that the only player on the whole team who should have been starting was b.h.? what kind of silly ignorant logic is that? Let's play all the best players for the exception of b.h.

5) I think b.h. is a better talent. I hope he is our future. However, there isn't any evidence that he was ready and would have won more games for us last year. What was the worst loss lsu had last year? who started? think about that.

The problem is that the COACH decides who beats out who.

If Les has something in his mind that's keeping AJ starting despite CLEAR EVIDENCE that he's failing, then Harris is right to question whether he's getting a fair shot.
