Guice will be one of the great Lsu backs. No one has his combination of strength, agility and fluidity. Kids an animal.
That said Lsu should offer bussey since it appears nick is gone to Texas. We need another change of pace back since Williams and fournette are power backs

I think you are getting way too philosophical about twitter.

Alabama probably knows he's trolling, so they're uninviting him.

No.

Guice, Ducre, and Lanard would be a great RB haul. Guice IS a change of pace back with great receiving back.

We would have plenty of RBs on roster with that crew and have more each year following. That would be LF and DW for 2/3 more years. Guice, Ducre, and Lanard for 3/4 more years.

Fournette is not just a power back either.

Not really...

He will most likely play that Magee role and what not, but it's not a change of pace role. It's really just a different look than our RB1. But it's not really a change of pace guy. They still run between the tackles and have to have power.

Plus, Guice is 215lbs right now and most likely will be 220lbs+ when next season gets here. He's very explosive, but that doesn't mean his a change of pace guy. He's most definitely a power back and physical runner that refuses to go down. Those are some of his best qualities as a RB.

He's a great combo of size, speed, burst, explosiveness, physicality, etc. He's a complete back that is more than capable of carrying the ball 20+ times a game.

Im still curious to see where Brossette lands now that Texas is the front runner for Warren and Jamabo. Would love to keep him in BR.

Agree. Guice has a different type of skill set perceptionally but overall he's not much different than LF aside from some quickness advantage. He's just a complete RB.

The fact that he and LF aren't really that different speaks to the insane talent LF has. For a guy his size to have basically the same skill set as Guice is impressive. He's more powerful and bigger while Guice is quicker and a little more sudden but both flourish running inside with power and both have very good hands.

It also speaks to just how gifted Guice is. If he were the size of LF or had been superhyped the way LF was, we would be talking about Guice in the same breath. LFa size with that skill set is what makes him so unique and special but the overall skill set isn't much different between the 2. Both are special RB talents.

To say that he is trolling is ridiculous. He has every right to be pumped about his Bama visit and we should be slightly concerned.

I think you're right, but these things can coexist.

He has the speed, agility, and receiving skills to play so many different roles as a RB.

Thats all I meant.

I'm with the other guy.
He should have made that visit early and been recruiting for us the last week.

Bama's lure slowed after they got slapped by Urban. They might add a couple more that they have been in on for a while but I don't think they are "stealing" anyone at this point. Plus, they finally have Bo Scarborough - "better than LF" - showing up.
